DEFINISI KANSER/BARAH

Barah atau Kanser ialah sel yang tidak normal dan membiak secara tidak terkawal dalam badan seseorang. Satu kelompok sel kanser dipanggil tumor dan jika tidak dirawat ia boleh membesar dan merebak ke anggota yang lain.

Tumor ini akan mengelilingi sel dan mengambil khasiat daripada sel. Tumor ini mungkin adalah kanser. Sel-sel kanser ini akan berkembang dan tersebar ke organ badan yang lain melalui saluran darah dan limpa.

Setiap orang ada sel kanser dalam badan. Sel kanser ini tidak kelihatan dalam ujian atau pemeriksaan piawai sehinggalah mereka telah berganda ke beberapa juta.

Sel kanser tidak mempunyai bentuk khas, wujud dalam pelbagai saiz dan berbeza daripada sel sihat yang mempunyai bentuk seragam. Ia boleh dilihat dengan jelas di bawah mikroskop.

Proses metastasis berlaku apabila sel kanser membuat 'laluan' (pathway) sendiri dan menjangkiti dari satu tisu ke tisu lain. Lama-kelamaan sel kanser yang bertambah banyak akan merebak dari kawasan permulaan ke organ lain melalui saluran darah atau sistem limpa, yang seterusnya boleh merosakkan organ-organ di dalam badan. Perlu diingat bahawa kanser adalah sejenis penyakit yang boleh berulang walaupun sudah dirawat.

SOMETHING ABOUT ME

Few words about me and myself.

It really sounds so simple that one can say a lot about his/herself once given a chance but trust me it's not. When the first time I tried to write down something about me , I was completely lost that from where i should start and where finish. I could manage to write just a few lines only.

 If you have already visited here, you must have read something about me. It took me a while to figure out what and how to write something about me. Well here is what I have come up with. It's not complete of me but still I have tried to tell you about me as much I can in some lines and paragraphs. So what’s coming next is most of me.

Who i am?

I am sarah sharifahtul binti niasin. Just call me sarah. 19years old. I was born on 04 September 1993. I live in one of the most of beautiful cities in malaysia, sabah. I love to write down something about me eventhou just a few lines because im so proud for being my self :)  I have been devoting the majority of my free time to do what i love most: Surfing internet and vacation. I'm always eager for knowledge and there's a lot of information and data on the internet. It provides me with any subject i want to know such as news,history,scientific update. With a couple click on google.com i can get access to vast amount of information from all around the world. The internet is a big place where a lot of people can voice the opinions too.

My interest?

Music?

Music is one of the most powerful mediums which effect one’s soul to the deepest  levels. I am a music-buff. Basically I like all kinds of music. But what I am going to hear, it depends on my mood. In general, all type of music are my favorites except Rock. I don’t like Rock much. In specific, I like soulful, melodious music with lyrics which touch heart and soul.

Movies?

I don’t watch much of them. Whenever I am free, I love to watch comedies, martial-arts movies, romantic movies and cartoon movies too. I don’t watch science fictions much. Some of the most favorites movies are "friends" and "How meet your mother"
I don’t watch television much. Whenever I am watching it, you can catch me watching music channels, news, Dicovery Channel , Cartoon Network and Disney Channel. I don’t watch daily soaps much. Yes game shows, talk shows, music shows, definitely are a no-miss for me.

Where i see myself in future?

Future is really something which can’t be defined and bounded in any boundaries. Its certainly can’t be decided too. Yes I have some plans and goals that I have decided for me but its better to keep them a secret for now. Lets see where life takes me? Yes whatever I shall be doing, I guarantee you that it will be with full passion and dedication.
